This translates as: Souvenir of His Royal Highness / the Prince Regent Luitpold of Bavaria / presented to the Royal Forester Mr. Georg Hauber from / the heirs of the late most serene / Prince. Munich in March 1913.
Luitpold of Bavaria (1821-912) was the defacto ruler of Bavaria from 1886-1912. His nephew was the storied Mad King Ludwig.
