Of inverted baluster form with cast applied finial, swing wicker-wrapped handle, the stand with cast skirts and removable burner and cover, decorated throughout with embossed and cast rococo decoration, engraved on one side with a coat of arms and on the other with a crest.
The arms and crest are those of Ballard of Cradley, Herefordshire.
